My name is Moritz Benjamin Kohn, I am a fully qualified German lawyer and licensed to practice law in Germany. My law office is located in Frankfurt am Main.

During my legal clerkship at the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht), I worked for a law firm in San Antonio, Texas. After being admitted to practice law in Germany, I joined a major British law firm and later worked as a legal advisor for an International Private Bank. Ultimately, I decided to found my own law firm, where I focus on entrepreneurs and enterprises of any size and legal form with projects or issues related to German commercial law.

I advise and support clients in all aspects of German commercial law, such as contract development and negotiation, resolution of disputes (in and out-of-court), unfair competition and trademark law. Due to my experience in banking, I am also available as a legal advisor in securing financing and negotiation with financial institutions.
