Contract drafting and negotiation
The operations of a business rely on many different contractual relationships, both domestic and internationally. Drafting these contracts is one of the main focuses of my work and English language contracts under German law are my daily business.

Lawsuits are often not only expensive and lengthy but can also be tiring. Therefore, my work is focused on avoiding lawsuits wherever possible. This can be achieved through professional contract drafting, thorough revision of any incoming contract drafts and settling potential disputes by negotiation. However, there are situations where a lawsuit cannot be avoided in the end. In these cases, I will represent you during extrajudicial correspondence, settlement negotiations and legal procedures.
